My sister had purchased so much of their sparkling cider during the Christmas holiday that she'd received a $10.00 coupon. Yes, I said a $10.00 coupon. Anyway, she'd gone back to purchase more sparkling cider because my nieces will graduate from college in May, so she was "stocking up". Lol. She picked up her items and went to the register to check out. She showed the cashier the coupon; however, the cashier wasn't able to access/activate the coupon. The cashier gave my sister a code to text in hopes that the coupon would pop up...no luck. After several tries with the text message option, my sister called customer service. The representative was very pleasant. My sister explained her situation. The representative gave her a long code to give to the cashier. The cashier spoke with the customer service representative to see where and how the code would be entered. Still confused, the cashier called the manager who came to the front, looked at the long code and simply hit coupon on the register and entered $10.00. 😳😂😂😂😂 All that time. All that trouble. We were there for over 35 to 43 minutes (or more...no lie...it was $10 off...lol) trying to get the benefit of the coupon and he typed it in-in less than 60seconds! 😆The total was $18+. My sister got her purchase for $8+....

Always passed by this place but never stopped by bc I didn't really know what type of store it was but on black friday I decided to peek in. Man o man this store is awesome! One employee brought me a basket out of nowhere even though I was only holding like 2 things 😅. Bunch of decor from rustic to modern to handwoven things like wow!! They are a bit pricey but it really depends on what you're looking for. The employee found me multiple times to talk or do a price check since the website doesn't have that feature and she also told me about the new customer 15% off which really helped me out. They have candy with alcohol, different wines and beers from around the world that id never seen before. Seasonings from different cultures. I mean I got a lot of xmas gifts from this place in just one stop. My bf had to practically drag me out of here 🤣 would def recommend 10/10. Oh btw, one thing I adored is the cashier wrapped each item separately so they wouldn't scratch/break and I just thought t was so...

I had an amazing experience at this store. I purchased the alicate outdoor furniture set from the Spanish Fort location and was lacking the coffee table. I callled before hand and found it here. I spoke with the manager, Taylor I believe… She was awesome and such a sweetheart. It was the LAST ONE available! (I searched 3 different states/cities and it was out of stock everywhere.). Taylor put my mind at ease and set it aside for me to come and pick it up. She was so kind and generous and they have an overall amazing team there. The store was clean, organized, and fully stocked. I was there visiting over the Labor Day weekend and live four hours away. I will definitely be visiting this store again. Thanks to the wonderful...
