Burger King — Restaurant in Mobile

It is a shame that these places have the worst service I've ever been at any Burger King ever we stopped here while we were in progress of waiting for a Carnival Cruise matter of fact we stopped at three or four of the local Burger King's I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich they were nice enough to tell me that their grilled chicken sandwich was slimy thank goodness they did not serve it to me went to several Burger King's down the road none of them had chicken the places were nasty most of the people are rude it was a dirty environment and the people around there were not friendly a bit not a please or thank you or can I help you it's a shame I was really wanting a chicken sandwich unfortunately we couldn't find a place and all of the surrounding area of mobile to get a chicken sandwich and unfortunately I don't think you could have got anything there the Flies were bad the place smell bad it was just a horrible horrible experience and the people around there seem to be stalking us it was horrible I'm so glad we didn't get the sandwich now because it would have probably had something in it asas a matter fact I think they're definitely needs to be some Health Department investigations in these places something is not right they have some issues they're going to find some dead animals in the back part of this if somebody doesn't do something quick I guarantee you if their cats and dogs missing in the neighborhood they probably came from Burger King's hamburgers and chicken bless their heart I hope there were no...

October 17th 2024 i took my mom to burger king to get the Adam's family whopper meal and shakes. This whopper is at least 25% smaller that it was last year and i should know because I use to work at burger king and the whopper was my favorite burger to make and eat. The whopper used to be almost bigger than my hand, I'm 6'3" tall 260 lbs and now the whopper doesn't even go out to my fingers last joints, they definitely reduced the size of the greatest hamburger on earth. We order mortician kooky chocolate shake but what we received was 2 chocolate shakes with no kooky at all inside the shake or on top to look like the pictures that they advertise. When my order was ready it was brought out to the counter and I saw it i though someone else that was invisible ordered the Jr whopper because that's how big this burger is and i ordered mine to go but no that was my order. They tried to tell me that it looks bigger on tv,,, what is everyone that stupid or something plus I use to work at burger king and the whopper is or was my favorite hamburger but now burger king has reduced the whoppers size by 25% and charge you more for it and call you dumb because you can tell that it's not the original size. Tell me the truth and i may be ok with that but don't lie to my face and the shakes supposed to have cookie crumbs in it but this one didn't even have a pinch. These people need some...

If I could give them no stars i would the manager on duty as of 6/9/23 She is rude and not appreciative of her job. I called with a concern that my food has been incorrect for the past three days that I have visited this location. The manager would not give me any information as far as to what her name was or try to rectify the situation. after asking for her name, she would not give me that information and told me that she will not be dealing with my issues that if I wanted my issues to be dealt with I can call the manager which is the general manager and she works from 8 to 5? When I asked for the general manager name the manager on duty, then proceeded to hang up in my face and tell me to call back tomorrow that she Can get any food, and she will not be refunding any money for the wrong food that was given to me. I am very unsatisfied with this location and will not recommend this location to anyone. I do feel that this location needs to be closed down or rehired with new staff because management is horrible. Will not recommend to anyone. Oh yeah, and by the way, I’ve been in a hospital bed for a week wanting good Burger King food have tried several times this week and still get the same results....
