Poor customer service and communication skills. Tried to call they answer the phone with "what's up" not this is up n smoke. And when I ask if it was up n smoke they said ya and hung up on me. That's just bad business.

Replay to Owner " first off I did not step Into your shop today or the past week for that matter. Second off it does reflect on your business and it is a valid review for poor customer service skills and communication.. when I called they did not answer the phone up n smoke as stated above. Your employee that answer the phone was rude and very unprofessional. If you as the owner can't see the problem here then the problem very well my be you.

I will also state that yall do offer 10% off a purchase for a 5 star review on Google...

Went in close to closing time, everything was very nice and clean (pretty big store). I use the HYDE in “tobacco”, and it has REALLY been hard to find! Last time I called and went to every CLOUD 9 and UP IN SMOKE and finally had to settle for the Cuban in the FUME bar. Hated it! Well, I had to go to JOANNES for more yarn and I had no idea there was one next to Starbucks! Anyway, was greeted kindly by LOGAN, I’m a 55 year old woman, and suffer with anxiety and insomnia. Well, he hooked me up with my HYDE and a couple other things, and was SO patient, kind, and helpful!! I think it was past closing time! This store is a little out of my way, but so worth it! Thanks...

Last week, I visited your shop and had a disappointing experience with one of the salesgirls. Her attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive, as if she didn’t care whether I made a purchase or not. When I asked questions, she seemed unwilling to provide any helpful information and responded with indifference.

Additionally, she mentioned a ‘buy three, get one free’ offer, but she charged me for the free item as well. This behavior is unacceptable, and her attitude needs significant improvement. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service...
