Iâve visited this location on several occasions and have noticed that when only one worker is taking orders, they typically rotate between both lanes. However, that was not the case during my visit today. I pulled into the shortest lane, as instructed. The car in front of me was being helped. Just as I pulled in, another car entered the other lane. After finishing with the car ahead of me, the employee went to the other lane and began taking orders from vehicles that arrived after me. Instead of alternating between lanes, he proceeded to take the next several orders from that lane while I continued to wait. I was clearly visible, and the worker looked directly at me multiple times, so he was aware I was there and waiting. Eventually, another team member came out, and spoke with original worker. The original worker finally approached my car. At that point, I asked whether my drink would be complimentary due to the extended wait and the fact that at least three cars had arrived and were served before me. He said they could not do that. I asked to speak with a manager, and a lead came out. I explained the situation to her calmly and respectfully. She acknowledged the mistake, said the worker needed to be corrected, and let me know she couldnât offer a complimentary drink. That was fineâI appreciated her professionalism. I then asked for the managerâs contact information and was told she would check on that. As I waited in front for her to return, a tall, slim teenager with shaggy blonde hair approached my car and, in an extremely rude tone, told me, âYou need to move. Youâre not getting a free drink.â I had not spoken to him at all, so I told him, politely but firmly, that I wasnât talking to him and asked him to step away from my car because his energy was inappropriate. He then made a dismissive hand gesture and replied, âYour energy is off.â I reminded him that I had been speaking calmly with the lead and that he had no reason to involve himself. He walked off after that. Shortly after, the lead returned and explained that the manager would be in during specific hours and that she couldnât give out a direct number. I thanked her and left. Final Thoughts: Iâm very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of that particular employee. The initial issue with the drive-thru order rotation was frustrating enough, but the disrespect from that young man was completely unacceptable and escalated the situation unnecessarily. Iâm sharing this feedback not just to express my concern but in hopes that the staff can receive the appropriate coaching to avoid this kind of experience for others...
Read moreI asked for a chiller but the drink was watery as if it had very little ice in it before being blended. I pointed it out to the young lady as well as I told her my drink wasnât supposed to have whipped cream on top. She acted as if she was confused even tho I explained that drink was very soupy instead of chilled and I didnât want whipped cream ( I get chillers a lot so I know what it should look like). I ended up taking the drink out of frustration not because i like I made a mistake but because she seemed incompetent of correcting the issue. She gave off âwhat? Idk. Take the drink ladyâ vibes. I instantly regretted it once I took a sip because it was only liquid (tasted like they poured the base at the bottom & then leftover chiller at the top that had been sitting). She also was making a comment about me as I was driving off but I was already in the bend heading towards the light. I couldnât get an answer when I called customer service either. My issue with this is we wait in these line, receive half crappy service from people who arenât proper trained or donât want to be at work, and leave undeserved tips prior to getting a subpar or incorrect order. Iâll just take break from yâall because lately I leave here feeling like I...
Read moreI was having a TERRIBLE morning. One of those mornings where you find every bad an inconsiderate person while you were already super overwhelmed. After finding ALL of those people, I pull into 7 Brew, tears uncontrollably falling from my eyes, and a screaming baby in the back. I wish I would have had the clarity to ask for her name, but the sweetest team member refused my money and gave me my coffee for free. I needed to break a twenty, a part of that whole stressful morning, and she did that for me as well. She doesn't know how much I need that act of kindness. The coffee was lovely as well, but she was definitely the highlight of my visit. The world needs more...
