T4 Modesto Tea For U — Restaurant in Modesto

Honestly, never knew there was a T4 here - was just craving some bubbletea. &&&& apparently came here for their Grand Opening (under new management) & wowzers, there was a liiiiiine. Later I would find out, it was because of their grand opening promotion - buy 1 drink, get a drink free. What are the chances?

The menus (both food & drink) were posted on the window and inside on their TV screens so you can definitely figure out what you want before ordering.

Since the line was long, I had a chance to watch behind the counter & it was chaotic but somehow there seemed to be a method to their madness. They were getting drinks done fast even with the crazy line.

Since I didn't know there was a buy 1, get 1 free promo - we only ordered 3 drinks: Large Strawberry Mango Smoothie, Large Passion Paradise Smoothie, Large Thai Milk Tea with boba. We were in a hurry to leave since we had already been there for 30 mins that we didn't realize that the Passion Paradise Smoothie order was wrong. It was not a smoothie - it looked more like an iced tea. Our fault for not realizing but it is what it is. My Thai Milk Tea was yums, had the perfect amount of boba. I usually run out of boba before finishing my drink.

We are regular customers bc we Love the Owners. Unfortunately Sunday 8/10/24 we were served by 2 unprofessional young females that were racist based on their actions. They were unfriendly, secretive, and lacked overall poor customer service. They rudely under served us by serving us watery Boba Tea, we placed trust in them to prepare/serve us the way they would anyone else, yet the BobaTea was watery which we didn't realize until we drove away. What should have been a good mother daughter experience it was ruined due to selfish girls! After that experience we will definitely be going to a different Boba Tea store for a better experience. My favorite place! Love their honey green tea with pearl and a sprinkle of honeydew balls. The pearls are the perfect texture, not too soft or too hard, and add a hint of sweetness. My husband loves the strawberry lemonade smoothie and my girls love the pineapple smoothie, mango smoothie, avocado smoothie, jasmine milk tea, and caramel milk tea. Vanessa and her staff are amazing and provide good suggestions when needed. Food is also a treat and I have to limit myself or I’d totally indulge in something everyday.
