Unfortunately I have never been treated more poorly by workers at a golf course. Jeff and Kurt were absolutely horrible to our group of 4. This was our first time trying out the course and we were having a little trouble locating where the driving range and 1st whole was to begin. Our t-time was at 1:10pm. We got there at 12:40. After waiting in line 15 minutes for balls to hit at the range we tried to hit a few before our t-time. Jeff or Kurt drove over at 1:06 and asked us to be at the first whole by 1:10 again with no direction or help we tried to make our way over to whole 1. I drove back to the club house to see where it was and Kurt/Jeff gave me attitude and asked what I was doing. I politely asked where whole 1 was because I’d never been there before. He was snotty and said it’s right over there and better not be late. He made a snotty remark and said you know you can drive on the greens? In a condescending manner. While I was trying to stake out where he meant. Then we get to the first whole and wait maybe 3 minutes because some other players were finishing up and Jeff/Kurt drove over to us and told us to hurry up 2 minutes passed our t-time. We had 4 people in our group! Jeff/Kurt was red faced and continued to add pressure to the game. I had enough. I was done and I didn’t even get to play the course. I come back and Kurt/Jeff literally started in on me again. Saying well look what time it is. You still haven’t teed off. In a condescending way at 1:15pm with 4 players. Talk about terrible service. Added pressure and an overall terrible experience. Really ruined our Sunday afternoon. I would like to file a formal complaint with the course. No one should be treated like this at a public...
Read moreNice course, horrible customer service by the young man running the clubhouse (I’m guessing named Jeff or Kurt based on other reviews of their behavior?). Arrived one minute late to our tee time and had to wait for him to finish up talking to some golfers ahead of us, to which he was very rude and short with (especially to the woman). Instead of welcoming us to the course, we were greeted with a condescending, abrasive lecture and told we needed to get out there and that we couldn’t even pay or get drinks or snacks before heading out. I asked to please allow us to buy a couple drinks to take with us and had my credit card literally thrown at me after paying. While we were getting our stuff in the golf cart going as fast as we could and under pressure, this man literally yelled at us over the loud speaker to “hurry up and go as fast as you can.” As beginner golfers, we specifically chose a public golf course and we were treated as if we were ruining a private golf club. Especially as a woman, I felt very uncomfortable at this course and was stared at inappropriately and talked to in a more condescending manner than the men. I won’t come back here and will tell others the same. Not one to put the effort into a bad review, but this place was ridiculous and doesn’t...
Read moreCame in with a rain check since I got rained out last time I golfed. Had a tee time for 6:10pm. Some bald employee tells me I can’t get a cart since it’s past 5:30. I don’t have time to say anything before he says that my rain check doesn’t look like it’s for this course and rips it up. I got the rain check there 4 days prior from a younger guy who was cool. I was a little mad I paid for a cart and I’m not getting it but not a big deal right. Then he proceeds to tell me don’t make a big deal about the people behind you have a cart they are only playing 4 holes. I get to the 9th hole and they are still playing behind me with a cart. So either this guy completely lied to me and didn’t give me a cart or the people played through when they weren’t supposed to but he seemed cool with them when they returned the cart. When I come to the door to say something it’s locked and he waves his hands at me to leave. Never stepping foot in this golf course again with rude employees who obviously knew the people and just gave them a cart...
