September 15th I came in and Thomas R. the bud tender was absolutely amazing in customer service. He also helped us learn some new products we had no idea about. He was very polite and deserves a raise honestly! 🫶🏼 🫶🏼 🫶🏼 🫶🏼 I come every month and will choose him every time if he is there.

I walked into DaCut Monroe right at 4:20 on 4/20 (talk about perfect timing), and was immediately greeted by the most awesome staff who handed me a ticket like I just won the golden ticket in Willy Wonka’s factory.. I was cracking up but also like, “Oh heck yes, this is gonna be good!”

From the jump, the vibes were immaculate. My budtender was SO sweet and genuinely cared about helping me and my husband find exactly what we liked. She asked thoughtful questions, listened to our preferences, and guided us to the best strains and the best deals. No pressure, just pure good energy. She even let us smell everything... and let me tell you, the selection was fire. We scored some amazing pre-rolls and flower at awesome prices, and the freebies? Insane. We each got a HUGE free flower gift that honestly blew my mind. "You get an OZ, you get an oz, every body gets an OZ!!" Lmao 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

The gentleman who handed out the gifts was super chill and authentic too, just great energy all around. After a 5.5-hour round trip, I can honestly say it was beyond worth it. This is officially our ONLY stop every time we hit the strip now. Thank you DaCut for the best 420 ever, see you next month! I've shopped at numerous other places on the strip and NONE OF THEM compare to DACUT and thats...

I've been to A LOT of dispensaries, but First Class Cannabis in Monre, MI is the best so far!!

Why???

1. Budtenders: The staff is super knowledgeable and really give you their full attention. You don't feel rushed. No matter how many others are in line behind you. And they aren't pushing their own "house brands" and gave us great recommendations to check out before our next visit.

We had the pleasure of speaking with Michael F. and just wish we could have tipped him more!! It's mainly our experience with Michael that we know we will be back!! Thanks, Michael!!

2. Prices: We showed up expecting a great 40% off discount for first-time customers, but instead found and even better deal on BOGO FREE ounces!!

Also, the prices they show include all the taxes so you know exactly what it will cost, which is great cause stoners aren't great with calculating percentages in our mind, while also being overwhelmed by the experience of walking into a mini marijuana heaven!! Lol 😜

3. Selection: They have pre-packs, they offer deli service, vapes, edibles, wax... it's there!! And, they carry lots of brands (including their own), but always recommend a brand that will suit your expected experience.

It's hard to set yourself apart when there are literally 20 or 30 other dispensaries in 5 miles of your location, but First Class Cannabis should be everyone's first (and possibly only) stop!!

I came in to to pick up an online order I was greeted by Frankie and his trainee. First off, I will say Frankie is one of the most well mannered budtenders I ever met, very professional and he made sure to go over my order with to make sure every thing was correct. I had a big order and while he was cashing me out, I watched him bounce between 2 registers to cash out my multiple transaction order and to also make sure that no one behind me had to wait long to get their orders. My order alone was 10 transactions not to mention the 5 to 6 people he cashed out while doing my order in a timely fashion. I was there maybe a whole 15 mins and on top of doing all that he was training some one, like actually explaining everything to the trainee while keeping me and all the other customers engaged, I was surprised to find out that he wasn’t even a manger. My experience was a million out of 10 I will be calling next time I put in my online order just to make sure he is there. Hands down best dispensary in Monroe.
