Came 4 hours for this. First timer, to this Dispo so got a free eighth and gram of snowball. They have awesome deals setup is cool. Music's on point. But being my first time my budtender should have helped little more. She was super shy, barely talked at all, made things way confusing and didn't explain the say anything works. So basically there's numbers on the jars 1 thru 5 5 being the worst outdoor grown low terp stuff, all still high thc.. then they have the 1's high terps crazy looking good indoor stuff. I didn't find this out too I got outside and the person I came with told me. I mean I'm super happy with my choices and the prices are crazy good. 2$ 200mg edibles first time they are awesome. But literally everything about this place is great but the budtender just sucked dude. A budtender should be knowledgeable in different areas and should explain the way everything works. My bud tender was great, BUT that was the only good experience I had at Exclusive. IT TOOK 2 HRS FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR TILL I WALKED OUT. I waited in line in the front waiting room area for 45 mins. Once "inside" on the sales floor I waited another hour in line before seeing my budtender at the cash register. I have visited other dispensaries in the area that have much better procedures in place to keep wait times down better. When I simply tried to mention to someone that worked there that it seemed like the wait time was awfully long he flat out lied to me and said their wait times are better then any place in town at the moment (how could he possibly know that with the vast amount of dispensaries in Monroe).
