House of Dank Recreational Cannabis - Monroe — Local services in Monroe Charter Township

I've been to this location now on four separate occasions. Two of them were stellar and two of them were trash. On the two positive occasions I worked with a budtender by the name of Jaxson! He was awesome and gave great customer service. He made recommendations, but also listened to what I wanted to achieve with my cannabis purchase. The last two visits were with two separate benders Who were more interested in talking over me and pushing product onto me that "they like" instead of listening to what I wanted. It's also frustrating that when I signed up for the loyalty program on my first visit and spent several hundred dollars, that none of that was captured appropriately and I missed out on receiving those points. the prices and the deals are always pretty good at this location. The service is hit or miss. Another issue was that they were cash only today but no one notified me of that when I checked in at the front desk. From a customer service perspective you should let people know when your debit terminals are down so that they can grab cash before they go in to make a purchase. I'm committed to coming back at least one more time, hopefully I'll get to work with Jackson… If the service is still questionable, I will likely try to find another location. No one wants to drive an hour and a half to be rushed through service and talked...

My first visit was on 18 October,2023. I drove from Cincinnati Ohio to check out this facility. Needless to say,it was definitely everything that all the other reviews said it was! Prices are very competitive and affordable. And my budtender " Bri" , a very informed person. Not to mention , she's a complete BABE 😁 ... I'll definitely be back. Well it's December 15,2023. I'm BAAAAACK. LOL. Same thoughts as before. One of the best. Well it's December 30 and I'm back again. Just can't help myself. So lucky me! I got to see "Bri" again. And just for the record, She is a total and complete BABE ! ✓Alrighty then, it's February 1,2024 and I'm back at H.O.D. again. My previous post still stands and I have to say. UPDATE: 2/7/25 Still can't login on their website to make online orders. With all the other dispensaries around them that accept online orders you would think they'd get this fixed after five months.

UPDATE: 9/20/24 Decided to give them a second chance, but their website won't let me log in to order for curbside or receive my loyalty points, so - oh well! Guess they'll stay at 1 star. Been trying to log in for a month now. Fix your shit, HOD.

Used to be my favorite place to shop in Monroe, but they've really gone downhill. Slower than a snail (3 hours wait for a curbside and didn't notify me ahead of time so I sat on my car for an hour and a half before leaving for a different dispensary). Even got double charged on a 70g purchase through dutchie with them. Had to pay 700 for that mistake. Ain't no two ozs of fire worth that much. Every time I've gone lately the flower has beendry af, and the last time I paid $75 for an oz of stems. With all the choices in Monroe, why go here anymore?
