Wow I really dropped the ball on this one. I hadn't realized that I hadn't been to Puff before. I was super excited knowing I was going to get 30% for my first time. I was finally going to be able to afford the hash rosin I've been wanting to try forever, and that's the wojo brand. Their hash rosin always looks so good. I was so excited to get home and try it that I broke my golden rule and J didn't check the dates. I guess because these people were already charging higher then market price that there's no way they would have old stuff. I got 3 different grams of wojo 2 were manufactured in January of 25, the other one was February. Mind you it's the end of July... I thought to myself oh well at least it was discounted. That was until I looked at my 5 gram baller jar of limit live resin and it was manufactured in November of 2024, i was flabbergasted. And to top everything off with a cherry, the 2 robe carts I purchased were manufactured December of 2024. I honestly don't know how this is even possible or how you could be charging overplayed priced items that are over half a year old? Absolutely ruined my day. Mind you i drove 2 hours to go buys this. Hands down best experience I have had in two and a half years of coming to Monroe. And all it took was someone to be patient pay attention to what I was asking for and helped me get exactly what I wanted knowing that I was on a budget. Savannah was so chill and cool and she gave some really great advice on everything she suggested. She didn’t try to over sell she knew I was buying my mid week supply so it’s always a smaller order and I’m always on a budget. She was so cool and totally didn’t seem interested in my tip only. (I’m sure she makes what she needs to she was great) she was also training a girl named heather and they both were super sweet and just totally helpful. I truly appreciate it after my EX homebase dispensary has now turned into nothing to me after being treated very rudely and almost made to feel annoying by almost everyone that works there after being a weekly customer for over a year, quality roots went from on the best to one of the worst because of the staff, the staff makes everything. Went for a year, absolutely terrible. From the girl at the front desk to the bud tenders and presumably the woman running the place that looks like the girl at the front desk.. everyone in this place was miserable and not very helpful.Orders never ready after being placed hours in advance. Shorting THC constantly.well under the +/- %10 by law, don't know how they were selling so little for full price. No one seems to enjoy working there or anything about the place.if you go in with a order, be prepared to be upsold, and upsold, and upsold, they wont listen to a word you say until you hear about the great deals you dont want.They then, change attitudes and get rude. Thats all on top of the obnoxious music.I just wanted to get my online order and leave. It NEVER worked that way,always some confusion or hiccup.
