Update again 7/3/2024 bc they are out of a Rx they made me pick up a partial prescription and I had to pay the copay but instead of bringing it up as a partial prescription. They did it in two separate prescriptions meaning I'm going to have to pay the copay twice. I left bc they had to fill came back 46 minutes later to wait in line for 20min and finally get upfront and the girl in the window is so damn hateful I have 5 kids in the car 2 under two screaming. They don't care about anything or anyone here.. as soon as I find a better pharmacy that actually has prescriptions that I need that I take three times a day. I'm gone. This is ridiculous instead and I'm in tears cuz these people don't care
Update as of 5/03/2024 they act like your a druggie when the doctor says to fill a medication early and you come to get it bc your going out of town .. look I just had surgery Thur and I'm crying and my husband went to pick up my meds bc we don't have money or cars or gas like that and this places is full of crock .. like It was supposed to be ready yesterday at 1:00 p.m. and then here it is 4:30 and they said that my husband's going to have to wait a whole another hour to get it it's just b* so no I'm not going to be able to get My medication today tomorrow I'm not going to be around I'm not going to be around Sunday so I won't have medicine for two or three days because this place wants to play around with people's lives it's horrible it's probably an actually a crime..Absolutely horrible, for one the call center is a joke when they always transfer you anyway the your hold another hour before someone answers , then in store is horrible the service is definitely not professional the ladies don't even know what prior Auth means or how to switch out insurance always and running over to ask someone the finally the drive thru is a freaking joke I order medication 10 hours prior was told it would be ready at so and so time and ok go about an hour after that said time and hey till need an hour for one Rx.. OMG I was a pharmacy technician I understand it's stressful but this place has become all about money and getting more patients then actually worrying about the customers they have and keeping people I would guess they are transferring in and out A LOT.. shm I'm done . Did I mention it takes an hour to even get through their drive thru(update) this is ridiculous I've called 3 times to talk to the actual store over my meds being out of stock and they transferred me over to be placed on hold for like 15 min each freaking time and they keep hanging up .. Read moreI'm amending it to 2-stars because it was so packed they were so far behind no one answers the telephone and if they do they don't give you a chance to say nothing they immediately put you on hold they had one pharmacist and like three technicians there was barely even a place to park I started calling that morning at 10:30 I even called the store manager the pharmacy manager and no one returned my call until 3:00 that afternoon the store manager being said he delivered my message and someone would call no one ever called. At 7:30 that night my doctor calls me and says they tried to get through and they couldn't get through she said she was put on hold three different times 20 minutes at a time and could not do that so I drove down there 17 minutes went in there was 13 people in line waiting to go up two registers open and when I finally got up there 22 minutes later I tried to speak with the pharmacist which in return telling her what happened she said she apologized very nice I appreciated her help very much and said they were short-handed and they could leave a message I said no y'all want to speak directly to my doctor so here I am here, here's the number please call her and she had no problem calling my problem is the technicians that answer the phone do not I'll repeat do not give you a chance to tell you what they need and even when you're put on hold for the pharmacist no one ever comes back to answer the phone this is an ongoing issue with Walgreens no matter what time of day it is oh well I take that back the only time I've never had a problem getting through to the pharmacist is on the third shift however I will say that when I had to take myself down there and speak to the pharmacist then I was helped my medicine was filled but yet it's not worth going through that hassle to go through a pharmacy that you cannot get no one to even answer a phone and the best advice I was given go online feel your medicine online request your comments online someone will answer you within 48 hours so if you're needing something like your blood pressure medicine that day forget it if you need to talk to the pharmacist about your medicine forget it if you want someone to answer the telephone you can definitely...
