Unprofessional, uncaring, dismissive,, unresponsive, and worst spa experience I've ever had the misfortune of partaking in. Unless you got $170 to burn and time you don't do anything else with, I'd stay as far away as I could from here. It's too bad bc it seemed like it had potential. Results weren't even a possibility bc info I repeatedly asked for was not given until my 5th visit (3rd week). Info that apparently was critical to any kind of positive results. Not to worry tho. My first time EVER receiving a spray tan. I didn’t know what to expect, but I wanted color fast for my wedding. I didn’t feel anything besides warm air coming from the machine and thought it could be normal. They called the color a ‘clear coat’ that I wouldn’t notice right away.. anyways it turns out I only received warm air and NO COLOR whatsoever. First and last despite buying a package.... I bought 3 pk of spray tanning went to store they explained everything to me it wasn't complicated but what I was promised and what I got were 2 different things.
