BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Monroe

Been going to this Biggby location for many years, never typically have an issue. I was told yesterday that I had accumulated enough points to get my free drink my next visit. I went in today to get my free drink, and was told that I needed to buy another drink in order to receive my next drink free. Not sure what type of lack of communication went on here but nevertheless, I ordered another drink and a sandwich. Now being upset, having not received my rightfully earned drink, I think to myself, "it is what it is, they messed up somehow but whatever, things happen." I take a few bites of my sandwich and the bacon and turkey are not toasted/cooked all the way. Sad to say, I threw the rest of it away. I'm giving 2 stars not 1 because my drink was actually made fairly well. The service was not bad, but the lack of communication and sandwich were terrible. Hopefully Biggby rights this wrong. I wouldn't want to have to change my daily/weekly routine and have to start going...

So... I don't normally write reviews, everyone has an off day, but a few weeks ago I was there girls were nice enough.... but then....one girl went to get lid other girl says we dont have one, so when they made my frozen coffee, the girl that just had her finger in her nose adjusting her nose ring covered the machine with her hands, HOW GROSS!!!! Wanted to puke... but just left, so last week I went again, bad mistake, same girl, as she made my coffee put her finger in her nose and adjusted her nose ring again....ughhh.....and if that wasnt bad enough she then put her finger in her ear and twisted her finger itching her ear and then wiped my coffee grounds with same hand......

I "used" to get a Carmel Marvel with at times extra shot of espresso which is expensive and at the time to I got my LAST beverage there there was ALWAYS whole milk I find that skim/low fat to me is nasty,if I'm going all out on a unhealthy expensive sometimes 6-$7 for a large beverage I WANT WHOLE MILK!!! other than that I never experienced issues with the workers and they seem to operate within parameters,but the owner of the franchise should be at the counter for once,I almost every morning used to come in at opening.. Instead let's get the 17yr old to open,I find that sad and pathetic,maybee I'll come in to see if whole milk is being served, the Carmel Marvel be pushing...
