So on an unspecified day last week, I ordered a Big New Yorker. Just cheese, light sauce. Ordered at 1214pm, the pizza is going to arrive at 1250pm. Cool, it's around lunch, I expected the wait. At 1255pm PizzaHut says it's on its way, via their website. I am excited. 115pm rolls around, my wife is hungry, I'm hungry, we call to ask what's going on with our order. The poor girl that answered the phone seemed so depressed. She said that they only have one delivery driver, and they are out right now. She says they'll order a dasher to delivery our pizza. I say okay, and hang up, satisfied with her solution. At 145pm, my wife and I hear some sort of yelling coming from the hallway. We assume it's the neighbors and peek out to see if we can catch what's going on. Sitting in the ground, in the center of the hallway is our pizza and the 2 liter I ordered. I pick up the pizza, it is cold on the bottom. I open the pizza. It's a New Yorker with double pepperoni. This is not our pizza. I double check my order to make sure I didn't screw up because my wife cannot eat pork. I didn't screw up. We call again to ask what happened to our cheese pizza and to also let them know it was cold, on the ground, no one knocked or called when it was delivered, and we didn't really want to pay for a cold pizza we weren't going to eat. The girl stated that the pizza we received was the last New Yorker and they didn't have any left. Did... did they run out of dough? No, they ran out of the New Yorker sized boxes which was why ours was a little squished. I told her the box was fine. It was the pepperoni that was the problem. It's not the right pizza. My wife has a food allergy. How can we fix this? So she offers store credit. My Wife states we will be there shortly. When we arrive the store looks closed. The chairs are all up, the lights are off, no one is at the counter or in the kitchen. Turns out, there was one single person running the whole store. One. Taking all the orders, making all the pizzas. One! We order our cheese pizza, on the house, get it in 15 mins and go home. Pizza Hut needs to do better. All was great, all the same, crusts great, etc - all EXCEPT THE CHEESE!
The cheese was bizarre, at best. None of that string, chewy texture and the flavor - there was no flavor. It wasn't even elastic or had that snap that cheese normally has - as if all the salt and fat were totally removed and there was nothing but this white blob barely adhering the toppings.
Since cheese is such an important factor in a pizza, this is an important, if not the most important factor in a pizza and I'm noting it in this review. It was heavily processed, flavorless, barely viscous just doesn't work on a pizza, actually, in any food, but very noticeable and important in pizza. It totally breaks the basic rules of a great tasting dish - the three T's - taste, temperature and texture.
It's unfortunate since Pizza Hut used to have good pizza - predictable, yes, but always reliably good pizza.
Buffalo chicken was excellent.
Possibly Pizza Hut should 1. Spend that extra penny and purchase better cheese, or 2. nix pizza from the menu and exclusively prepare and sell chicken wings/chunks.
It's an unfortunate situation for excellent staff since a review can't entirely reflect on their service alone (situation in this review) and does, also, review the product which the staff serves.

Worst Pizza Hut location I have ever ordered from, we have had multiple issues in the past and stopped ordering for a while but me and my husband both love Pizza Hut so much we decided to give it another try today and we definitely regret it. First we get the 1 topping large pizza for 9.99 deal we get 2 of them with the coupon my total was $25 and some change I plaid over the phone using my debit card, then the DoorDash we, not even a regular pizza deliverer brings the pizzas and says that we owe her $42!? So I immediately am confused as my total was only $25 and I already gave them my card info. This poor DoorDash driver had no clue why this happened we both tried to call the store multiple times and never get a answer, she had to contact DoorDash directly and they had to contact the store, DoorDash ended up paying for our order but that’s never what we wanted. Then we go to eat dinner as it’s cold after having to try for so long to try ahold of the store. Not only cold but rock solid, so hard to the point it was completely inedible. So disappointing, the driver said it didn’t surprise her when she got to the store to pick the food up there was 1 employee who had a bad attitude and the store was trashed.
