I didn’t know what to expect with this place. I worked in the pizza business for over 15 years so it takes a whole lot to impress me. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly. I felt welcomed. With my anxiety that says a lot. I paid for my order and started looking around. They had a good selection of desserts. I purchased 2 pieces of “cheesecake”. The man behind the counter (owner I think?) is so friendly. I could tell he loves what he does. After everything was paid for I had just a few minutes before my pizza was ready so I asked what this one dessert was. He told me everything there is homemade and this dessert was green apple with a kind of Bavarian cream. I LOVE apple so I thanked him and let him know I would try that one the next time. He boxed it up and told me to enjoy. He was beaming. Very proud of his work. The waitress? was so kind and very knowledgeable. Once I got this food home it was so hard to let it cool off. It smelled amazing. I got a carbonara pizza and let me tell you, this was the best pizza I have ever had in my life. The desserts were beyond amazing. You can tell how much hard work and love goes into the things he makes. I was having a very rough few weeks and those two people made me feel a bit better. I felt like they cared. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service, food and ambiance of the whole experience. I don’t mind grabbing my own dinnerware. I saw a review that was negative regarding that. We finally have a great place to sit down and have a meal or carry out and someone always has to complain...
Read moreHighly recommend, this place is a MUST TRY. They make the most amazing pizza I have ever had in my entire life. The Parmesan sourdough crust is so unique and it's absolutely incredible. I'm a picky eater, but I was extremely impressed with every element of the pizza: the sauce was flavorful and the amount was perfect, the toppings were fresh and plentiful, the cheese was also plentiful and very fresh. We also tried the garlic cheese bread and it was out of this world! It's definitely made with fresh garlic and good olive oil, and they do not skimp on the cheese. The owner is very nice and friendly and clearly passionate about his work. While we were there, he was the one making every single pizza and boxing it up. He spoke to every customer we saw come and go as we waited for our order and dined in. I love to see a local business owner who is hands on and cares so deeply about the product! They do sometimes run out of crust at the end of the day, and due to the nature of it being SOURDOUGH they can't just whip up more. If you are traveling a distance to experience Royals Mollete, I recommend going...
Read moreWOW I went in for the first time and I am so upset that I didn’t go in earlier. Pulling in, you can immediately see inside the building and you can see the friendly staff as well. Walking in, it is a gorgeous, warm and welcoming environment. There’s a very genuine man, who I regrettably didn’t get his name, who is whipping up pizza, pastries, cheesecakes, and waaay more. I arrived an hour before close and was welcomed as if I had been a regular daily customer. The pizzas we got were LOADED with toppings, heavy on cheese, and cooked perfectly. The crust is crunchy, chewy, and soft all at the same time. The sauce is obviously handmade and the pizzas are perfumed with a robust herbal smell that is very rare. The pastries were both delicious and the cheesecake I have yet to try, however it is picturesque and smells insanely good. Everyone please, go try this shop and check out why i’m writing such a lengthy review. This place 100% has to be this man’s life passion and that is reflected in the service and...
