I recommend the Subway shop that IS NOT INSIDE WAL-MART (it is not clean). The Subway located next to Captin D's (address 1025 West Spring Street). This Subways is very clean and no food is turing colors (like lettus and meats). They are fast to serve their customers and enough staff there to handle everyone that walks into their shop. They know what I'm going to get when I walk in. I highly recommend this Subway and will never use the one inside Wal-mart. I did once while shopping at Wal-mart because it was convenient but conveniently was not worth it. The lettus was turning brown and the vegetables was mixed up in with the other vegetables and there was paper all over the floor and the tables were dirty. It was just a mess. I will never ever use the Subway inside Wal-mart again!!!
Always use the SubWay next to Captain D's. I give them 5 stars. They are aways cleaning in between customers. I've never ever seen this Subways with paper on the floors or tables. I worked my tail off today and all I wanted was a decent sandwich (which would have been a stretch to ask for in the first place) for dinner. I arrived at 9:48, MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE A SIMPLE SANDWICH!!!! The open sign was off but I went to the door anyways. It wasn’t locked, BUT WHEN I OPENED IT I WAS EXTREMELY RUDELY “GREETED” WITH AN IGNORANT “WE CLOSED” AT THE TOP OF THE EMPLOYEES LUNGS. English lesson time, IT’S “WE’RE CLOSED” or “WE ARE CLOSED”. When I informed the employee it was 9:49 and the door states they were open until 10, she said “I don’t care, we closed”. CLEARLY you don’t care. If I were Subway Corporate, I wouldn’t allow this behavior from a franchise. They may be a franchise but they still represent the Subway name. You can count on me filing a complaint with corporate. If I were corporate I would be embarrassed of this franchisee and this location. He stayed talking on the phone the entire time when I asked him about drink sizes, he ignored me and continued talking on the phone. I finally got fed up and got my own cup and made the drink only for him to actually yell at me for not picking the "correct size" when on my coupon it didn't specify, I had no problem getting the smaller cup but when I did he yelled and berated me the entire time when it was time to finally exit this fresh hell before work ,he didn't say a word to me, as soon I touched the door to leave,he continued his phone conversation.
