I order a pizza and two liter soda around 8:15PM for my family. Around 9:20PM I finally decide to call the store because the tracking kept asking me to rate my experience, yet there was no delivery made. The store employees including the manager to me that they could see that the order was still out for delivery and didnât know why it was showing me otherwise. I was assured that even with closing soon, someone would answer the phone if no one showed up before closing. I then waited until 9:42PM to call again and someone answered the phone and hung up. I decided to call again and on my 5th call a lady I believe to be the manager I spoke with earlier answered and says âmaâam stop callingâ and hangs up on me. This is at 9:45PM. I drove up to the store to ensure I got a refund and receipt in hand and. When I got there a young woman was outside speaking to someone in a truck. When I parked I asked if she worked for the store and she says yes we are closed while walking quickly to the store door. She then speed walks/runs ahead of me ignoring my request for a refund and locks the door and rolls her eyes and neck at me while saying the store is closed come back tomorrow. At this point I donât trust them because it stated that my order was delivered. SHE CALLED THe POLICE ON ME. Of course they come and she decides to give me a receipt for a return of funds to them after I explain to them why she wasted their time and showed them proof of purchase along with my ID. I have NEVER delt with the level of unprofessional actions I had to deal with tonight. I literally got the police called on me for for wanting a receipt. Do not spend your money here. My entire night couldâve ended differently. I just wanted to feed my family and we are going to bed hungry...
Read moreI called the location in Monroe for a delivery and was told that I was just outside of their delivery area The manager said I should call the location in Bold Spring, which I did. The manager, there said they delivered up to the the address just before mine, but the Monroe location should deliver to my house. He said he would call the Monroe manager and call me back, which he did. I guess I'm just in the 'dead zone' between the two locations. When he called me back he said that the Monroe location will go ahead and deliver, to me, but if there were any problem, call him back and he would be sure I got my delivery. Then he Brandon, said, "Don't worry about it, I will take care of you from here". Since it was only 8:30 and they don't open until 10:00 he said he would go ahead and take my order get my delivery information, then I could call back at 10:00 and pay for the order and have it delivered, which I did. I thought it was very nice of the managers at both locations to work together to make sure I got my pizza. I called Brandon at 10:00, paid for my order and it was at my door at 10:25, piping hot and smelling great. I almost hate to say that I ate the whole thing myself. Many thanks to the managers at both locations to go above and beyond in customer service. I will definitely be...
Read moreUpdate: I just received a call from the Director of Operations over this store. Devin Ledford, he was extremely kind and attentive to my concerns. Immediately offered to send out a fresh order. Went above and beyond listening to my issues and promised to address them with the store tonight. I very much appreciate the level of customer service I received from Mr. Ledford and I trust that he will work with the stores employees to understand the importance of delivering within the designated delivery time and I will give this Papa Johns another try!
Get it⌠staffing is hard. Finding drivers is hard. But quoting 25-35 minutes when ordered and now your Papa Tracker says it left the store over 33 minutes ago and we are now sitting at 1:02 since order was placed is unacceptable. Called and spoke to manager who could have cared less. Told him I wanted to cancel and didnât even respond just kept saying it was enroute. Trying to explain how QSR pizza works. Well that may work on some but your speaking to someone who worked for corporate PJs for 13 years and man in the house owned the 4 locations surrounding Athens from 1999 until 2013 so we know Papa Johns. Donât believe me look it up. Gave up and hung up. Pizza gets here and cold to the touch and garlic knots doughy and undercooked. Ended up...
