Monroe Plaza Shopping Center — Local services in Monroe

An early shopping plaza design that started going up in the late 1950s. This reminiscent "Blue Star" style plaza is an example for 99% perfect maintenance inside out, top to bottom. It is kept very clean and apparently maintained with a great amount of pride. "Quality Foods" is a very nicely managed & operated early classic style supermarket with a good produce section, and many more groceries and other items to choose from. The "American Recession" bread section is disappointing, but the store's overall appearance, professionalism, and mainstream promotional attractions carry it through with excellence. The plaza also has a highly recognized Mexican Restaurant, "The Three Amigos" among "Rose's" discount store, "Family Dollar", and some other very good retail stores. A small plaza, in a small home town. With friendly staff in all the stores. You can shop with reasonable prices, eat out whether you like Mexican or Japanese food. And you can also stop by Quality Food and by groceries for the week. All in one stop. Because all of the stores are close together. I personally park in the middle of the parking lot. Oh I like this place ... I always get what I am looking for... The meat department is the best...if you don't find what you looking for , all you have to do if ask the guys inside... There is a lady there that always help me getting what I want I don't know her name but I will ask her next time ... Better yet at checking out they treat you with respect and courtesy... Lord I love...
