Update: I called Pizza Hut's corporate customer service line the day after I ordered my pizzas and although they said they couldn't give me any compensation they would have the store manager call me. She called me the next morning and after talking with her about how the guarantee was still on Pizza Hut's website and my first two hand tossed pizzas did not have any seasoning I was finally given credit for a free pizza. While I am glad they eventually lived up to their guarantee, if you have a problem with this location do not expect for them to fix it without a call to corporate followed by more arguing with them and wasted time.
Since Pizza Hut launched their new and "improved" hand tossed pizza and was promising a replacement guarantee if you do not like it, I was excited to try it from our local Pizza Hut even though I've had bad experiences here before, one being having my pizza given away and having to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot for them to make me another one.
Although I swore I would never go back, I did and the two new hand tossed pizzas we ordered had no seasoning on the crust whatsoever and tasted like generic pizza dough. Dissatisfied, I ordered another hand tossed pizza which I assumed would be free. When I got there to pick up my pizza and told them I'm trying to take advantage of their guarantee they told me that it has ended and is only good on a pizza with a different crust than the new hand tossed one. The shift manager called a higher up manager and she refused to provide me with a credit to my phone number, which is all they offer you when you have a dispute with them.
When I told them I didn't want the pizza they threatened to call 911 on me so I begrudgingly paid them. The replacement pizza was better than the two original ones since it had butter on the crust and a slight amount of seasoning but it failed to live up to their advertisements and had no special flavor that would ever get me to purchase another one. I guess a few dollars of credit is worth more to them than a customer and I will never purchase anything from another Pizza Hut location again. Pizza Hut's new hand tossed pizza is a complete disappointment that will hopefully decrease their customer base and get them to realize that customer service and taste should come before profits and pushing false guarantees and new but weakened versions of their products...

Burt pizza, incorrect orders (with staff insisting it is correct even though it is clearly not) long wait times, ignoring curbside delivery notifications - you name it. On this particular visit, I ordered a pan pizza with extra pepperoni (both of which cost extra). However, I received hand tossed with regular amount of toppings. I asked the cashier about it and she said that it was a pan pizza. It was not and I know this because I also ordered a hand tossed pizza and they were exactly the same - so not only was it wrong, but the cashier either doesn't know the difference or wouldn't admit it was wrong. Not to mention ordering through the website is just painful. On-line ordering through the website is a horrible experience. The site is as slow as dial-up and does not process reward points - no matter how long you wait. We walked into the lobby at 9:45, (no hours posted on building), I suppose we interpreted the conversation the lady working there was having with someone across the counter because the first thing out of her mouth was not hi, hey or hello...it was "you are ordering", my husband said yes we wanted to order, she said "ok" and looks at us...my husband then asks what time they close and she states we are closed now, I said oh it states online you are open until 11 PM and she says "oh my dining room closed right now but you can get an order only"...my husband then says oh ok then maybe we will catch you next time as her and her friend talking are smiling and smirking....I don't care if they close their dining room at 10 PM, which it wasn't 10 but post it at least on your hours on the door and hire people that have some type of customer service skills.
