Taco Bell — Restaurant in Monroe

I LOVE that I've already reviewed this place because you can see how much it's changed and not for the better.

We stood in the lobby for 20 minutes after ordering at the kiosk, waiting to pay with cash. The associate looked our way multiple times and walked away. He even came over to speak with another customer, beside us, and still walked away without speaking to us. We walked out because they obviously didn't want our business. When we go through the drive thru, we're told to back up and pull forward, sometimes multiple times, before they give us our food. This is the only place we ever had to do that. The employees are no longer friendly, and they act as if we're the problem, simply for coming through their line. When you finally get your food, you can tell you had to jump through hoops because it's often cold, missing, or not the way you ordered it. To say it's a disappointing experience is an understatement. Great customer service, food is good, and we get everything pretty fast. One star. One star isn’t DEGRADING enough for the atrocity that is this Taco Bell. There was probably three brain cells working behind that counter. Not only did it suck 5 years out of my soul waiting for one of the employees to make eye contact with me, my grilled chicken burrito with very specific customizations that added at LEAST 3 dollars to my order, WAS BEEF. It was BEEF. I ordered extra chipotle. There was none. I added avocado ranch, not a dollop in sight. Oh and the rice was colder than the water the titanic sank in. Way before we got out food we were struggling to get our CUPS. Because none of the employees would acknowledge my existence. And when we went to get our lil sippies to ease the pain of our eternal wait for OVERPRICED FLAPS WITH BEEF. Barely any of the drinks were actually DRINKABLE. The fruit punch Gatorade was CLEAR. You get the point. I could not be more disappointed or disgusted that money was spent here. I regret ever uttering the name Taco Bell. It is a mistake I shall not make again. Came through drive thru today at 1:45 p.m. The girl at the drive thru with the black hair and the bat lashes on her eyes, she was Mexican and Chinese looking mixed, her attitude sucks. When I arrive at the window she takes my card and then ask me to back up and then pull back up, but she had not given me my card back, so I asked her may I have my card please, she did not ask the other cars that was in front of me to back up and pull back up. She kept closing the window on me, then she gave me my order, without a bag and then I asked for sauce and she says rudely that it's in the box already so I asked for the avocado sauce she says its extra and she closed the window on me again, so I just I don't want any because your attitude really is bad. If you do not like working in fast food or customer service find you something else to do. I am requesting the she be fired. I will go to corporate offi.ce if this issue is...
