Kass appliances — Local services in Monroe

I got a washer and dryer about 7 months ago and the total came out to be about 700(give or take a few dollars) Or 580 (give or take a few dollars) if I paid it off within a certain amount of days. Which I didn’t. Turns out after I'm finished paying the whole amount it’ll be 1500 dollars. Either pay it in full or go somewhere else if you plan on making payments ☺️. 1500 for used appliances is insane. The seller didn’t tell me I would be paying way more than 700 bucks by the time I finished. Guess I should’ve read the fine print.. jokes on me lol!!

Update: After reading their response to my review I felt the need to respond again. So Actually.. They didn’t, It was never explained to me that there was added interest of 3 dollars a day, nor did they explain to me that it would be 1500 in the end! I would’ve definitely walked away or paid it in full that day! I didn’t find this info out until I called the finance...

My hubby purchased a stove and refrigerator from them less than two months ago. Stove works fine, refrigerator wasn’t cooling so we had to pay 120 for someone to come and look at it. Was told that the fan is out and the cost of the repair was gonna be an additional 185, I went in the store to speak with the owner and was told he didn’t have the owner number he said he was an manager. My point is we paid 600 for a used refrigerator and almost two months later we have to spend almost 300 more dollars and the only thing he can say is I’m sorry it’s out my hands.
