I've only eaten here one time and I can honestly say it's going to be my last. I ordered food from the menu and the price on the receipt was different than what the menu was priced. My food was less than what I was charged and when I brought it up they told me that it was a mistake and that it would be fixed and they never fixed it. The beans were good the rice was okay my chicken breast was only a piece of a chicken breast that was cut in half and the waiter explained to me that somebody else gets the other half of my chicken breast. The street corn in a bowl is $7 and the corn was very dark brown and overcooked it was not edible. All of my vegetables are my chicken dish tasted very very bitter. My waiter literally left in the middle of our dining experience and never came back and he decided to go be a bartender. We couldn't get refills on our drinks. We couldn't get the proper silverware that we needed. And we could not get the attention of anyone. The table in front of me had a family who had happy birthday saying to them but they were not actually singing Happy Birthday. The birthday woman actually threw a fit because she said they didn't get there fast enough to sing her happy birthday. Her husband was a very large man of about 400 lb who pushed his chair backwards fell over into his chair and then shoved my son's chair and him into the table squashing him between the table and the 400 lb man. He just looked at us when I told him to apologize and waddled out the door. What are bill came and didn't add up to the price of our dishes and then I was told to pay a cash price of one amount or a debit card amount of a number that was higher. And when I questioned that the waiter was like under the table and the man beside him yelled at him don't say that. So that's tax evasion right there. He kept asking me for the for the ticket back and I gave him the money and kept the ticket when she was mad about. Are the portions that you get are actually small portions but they're served to you on platters the size of turkey platters to give you the impression that you have a lot of food when you don't. And if you get cheese for your chips that are brought to the table that is also $7. The cheese dip was...
Read moreThe atmosphere of the place isn’t terrible however for the moment that’s really the nicest thing I have to say. Food wasn’t all that great in my honest opinion it was more mediocre and it didn’t feel like there were a lot of options on the menu either. The salsa we were given was extremely watery with little to no flavor whatsoever. Service was absolutely awful. We had a party of only 2 and after we sat down it took 20 minutes for our waiter to even come around to get our drink order. There were other guests who had come in after us with the same number of people who were served well before us. It took roughly another 20 minutes for our food order to be taken with our food being served about 30 to 45 minutes later. The waiter was nice but wasn’t really the most attentive to us. With all that being said I completely understand with this being a new place they’re going to be busy and understandably due to the weather most likely short staffed. I also understand that we weren’t the only people there so I don’t expect to be the center of attention however it felt as if we were an afterthought at best. I will be giving this place a second try to see if it was just an off night for them. However I’m really not inclined to...
