This store just stereotyped my child who was with his mother. They approached him without asking what was going on nor ask to take him to his parents if their was a issue, instead she takes the item from him thinking he was taking it because he was looking at them to buy. When his mother tired to approach her to see what was going on the women kept walking away and not trying to explain herself. She then gets to the front of the store to try and understand what happen with our son and the manager just kept saying that she was able to hear and that she said he was taking the item and thatās why she approached him by herself but he is a child and if something was wrong they should have spoke to the parent but instead of listening and trying to understand the manager kept saying to her have a nice day over and over to get her just to leave and leave the situation alone. I will be reaching out to corporate and complaining because an adult should not be approaching a child to do anything without the parent around or have them take care of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSaddest Burlington I have ever been to ( and I have been to alot in various states/ cities). The fitting rooms are never available, or only one is available, filthy with piles of clothes and hangers, no team member in sight to assist for several minutes (we waited at least 45 minutes once, second visit a few weeks later, both rooms were locked, no assistant, had to try clothes on out in the open). The stock overall in the store is "mid" at best. The cashiers seem to be overworked, and miserably tired, yet still try to be pleasant. Would not recommend, but understand that this location/ part of town is appearing to be losing business more than gaining, and discount clothing stores in this area are becoming harder to find. Shameful what the pandemic has done to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could give the "new" store a zero!!! It's awful!!! I used to buy all my son and husband's dress clothes here (old store), they had dress shirts boxed with ties, slacks, suits, all a man would need to dress up. I can't even find a dress shirt or slacks. (Oh, they're shoved in the front corner and the selection looks like a clearance aisle. No longer do they game a nice selection of big men's anything) All the big and tall section has is sweat pants!!!! WHAT A JOKE! They would've done better to just go out of business. The store looks like GABES, the layout the tiny aisles, the mess... but you know that walking into Gabes. Burlington used to be a higher quality...
