They have a nice selection and items on clearance seems to be better than other stores. This was my only second visit to the place, having purchased a pair of window panels on Dec 2017. The cashier probably couldn't scan the tag, so they scanned a different item for the item that i did not notice right away. When I took it to the Robinson store for a return, I was told that the tags showed that the curtains were way back from 2016 so they did not accept the return. So I had to drive all the way to this store to return it. They eventually took back the item and issued a store credit (it was 25 minutes. Their salespeople need to do a better job...

I love this store but I overheard an employee talking about how they got a good customer review for exemplary service and how the store manager gets a gift card or some kind of money for her getting a good review. Im sorry but thats absolutely ridiculous. If the worker is the one to give the good service or go above and beyond then she should be the one to get the reward. This is why people in the workforce do not do anything extra or go above and beyond anymore. Whoever made that rule needs to change that quick. Its bad enough you guys barely pay your employees a living wage but to pay someone else for another's good deeds is mind boggling. I love your store but that really rubbed me the wrong way. I love Homegoods, but I wish I lived closer to the location in Robinson Twp. They always seem to have a better selection and higher quality items to choose from. This location is great for smaller home accessories and the occasional larger furniture bargain. They also have great gift ideas, specialty foods and kitchen items - along with an extensive pet section. The staff has always been nice and helpful, but they often get overwhelmed as this store is...
