One can purchase just about anything imaginable here for any craft or project category, but actually locating that special something can prove to be quite the scavenger hunt. For example, we were looking for a hot glue gun, so we naturally attempted to use the posted sign plaquards along the aisles to locate "glue". However, in the well stocked aisle of glue products, no glue sticks or guns could be found. The point to be made is that there are very few associates on the floor to provide assistance in these matters. We actually stood in the checkout line (with no items) until it was our turn in order to ask where to find the glue guns...which for future reference, have their own aisle #88 no where in proximity to the other glue products. I made an order online for pickup which is supposed to take less than 2 hours. At just under 4 hours of driving around Monroeville waiting I go there to find out what the problem is. The problem is no one bothered to do the online orders. So after waiting in line to find that out now they call a grumbling employee out of the back to start my order but has no paperwork so she has no idea what I ordered. I Mrs Mumbling goes mumbling under her breath about having to get my order. I got better things to do then deal with your stores internal issues. I’m certainly not paying for it or wasting all day dealing with it. Purchased from Amazon. Home delivery. No hassles. I’ll send my money to Amazon I guess. I would have rather kept the money in our area at a real store but...

Great Michael's location. The complex has plenty of parking. Associates can be hard to fin and the lines back up quickly because usually only one cashier but the few associates that work there are very help, kinl and knowledgable. Today when visited, we realized that there was an activity which was free. Very fun.

Also we had to use the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and well lit with one handicap stall and one standard stall. There is was also a party room in the store. I had no idea Michael's hosted birthday party's. It was filled with a bunch of very loud 10-12 yo girls. They sounded like they were having lots of fun creating.
