The following review is the most hysterically bad experience I've had at any food place but will remain in my memory that I can look back at now and laugh:
Placed the order 8:54 pm online, I arrived at the store around 9:05 pm. The only person at the store took about 5 minutes to see me as he was by the food cutting station, no worries its a Saturday night I am sure they are busy.
While watching, the man is trembling, unable to stand upright, constantly leaning on the table for support. Within those first 5 minutes, he was able to box up a total of 1 item... cutting the food is a different story. He dropped the item multiple times on the table (thankfully not on the floor). He was barely able to make it from the cutting station to the cash register, where he was able to get my info and find me in the system for me to pay. He said it will be a few, no worries. He stumbles his way back to the table.
During the next 10 minutes, he has only taken 2 or 3 items out of the oven, and is unable to cut them, he just has them on the table. There are a lot of items in the oven that is now over cooking. Other customers have walked in and have yet to be greeted.
Another 5 minutes pass before he greets the other customers, get the door dash names, and walks back to the station.
Repeat another 10 -15 minutes of him standing around, leaning on the table unable to really function. One door dash person cancelled their order, another wa son the phone with customer service.
I asked if the worker, he said yes, I went back to the cutting station, found my 1 pizza uncut, the other was in the box already. I found my cheese sticks in a bag with someone else's cinnamon sticks.
I grabbed my food items, put them in containers, cut the items I needed and left. It took nearly an hour to get the items I ordered... cold...
Needless to say this was an interesting experience.
I don't plan on coming back anytime soon as I don't want to go back to cut and box my own food again...
For the managers it this happened on 4/6/2024 between 9 pm...

My wife sat on hold for 45 minutes and then I tried to call and sat on hold for 20 minutes no answer I personally drove down to the store where the manager there told me that they didn't place the order because the card did not go through we checked our account everything was fine I asked the manager why they didn't call he said that they tried to call but couldn't get through meanwhile my wife's phone never rang once and if it was something to do with our order not going through they should have left us a message so that we knew. I asked the manager why nobody answered their phones his response was that when they get busy he doesn't make them answer the phone that is completely ridiculous I know that I work in an industry that serves customers and if I decided not to answer my phone because I was busy I would probably lose my job this is unacceptablea nd I will never order from this...
Read moreThis place made my stomach turn. When I walked in to pick-up my pizza that I ordered she tells me the pan crust won't be ready for another hour. She said she tried calling me which is true and asked if I wanted a different crust. So i said no big deal yes that's fine I don't care which crust. Well... she starts making my pizza with her BARE HANDS. She didn't wash them before touching all my toppings. Let me add she just came from the back and then into the cooler and then out to talk to me. And I can see the sink. AND THEN the phone rings....she stops making my pizza answers the phone then hangs up and continues to make my pizza without washing her hands!!!!!!!!!! Get real. Have some common sense.
