I came in with a vision board, and Valerie brought it to life — literally. I’m beyond proud and thrilled with how my hair turned out. It’s exactly what I imagined, if not better! Her professionalism, skill, and attention to detail make her stand out as a true expert in her craft.

Also, Salon Agencé is totally cute, chic, and filled with great vibes. I felt welcomed and relaxed the moment I walked in. I will definitely be coming back and booking my next appointment with Valerie — she’s the real deal.

About the salon: I found Agence because of Insta. I was looking for a salon because I’m new to the area. Legit, this seemed to be the best because of diversity of clients and stylists who post on insta. Personally, I wanted to see foil placements techniques, colors being used, and different styles of hair from diverse types of hair. And I saw this on insta so that’s why I chose Agence.

My hair!: So so happy. Jake was my stylist. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and we worked together to make sure he could give me the color I wanted. I’m so happy with how my color turned out and with the level of care he took on my concerns. I could go on a lot but basically, hair color on dark hair can be tricky. And Jake definitely knows color theory and takes the time to try to give you what works for your hair and what you want at the same time...

Had a terrible experience. I went for a hair cut. I wanted to get layers. The stylist who was assigned to me does not know how to cut hair at all. All she did was trimming. She trimmed my hair and started doing blow dry. I asked her when will you do the layers she said i will do in the end after blow dry. After blow dry she just did my front bang and thats it. Honestly i had more layers before the cut. Also they put very loud music and no one can hear you. I am pretty sure she did not hear anything i was telling her. The place was unclean as well. There were a lot of hair on the chair she made me sit. Not to forget, they charged me a fortune. Their starting price is 95 bucks. Very...
