I stopped into Jewelery box looking for an engagement ring, spoke to the staff who were very polite and helpful despite being close to closing time. I left with a good feeling and after visiting many other stores decided to pursue getting the ring from the Jewelery box. I had a photoshopped image of what I wanted and was able to get it made custom. Moses was fantastic and worked with me to get the very specific stones I needed in the size I wanted.

I did a lot of research about the market value of everything I put together including the labor of making a custom ring. When it came time to finally get the quote from Moses, he came in $50 under what I felt was a fair price. This to me was a great sign of honesty; I didn't even negotiate and green-lit the job.

There were so many details I'd requested, that I was worried right up until the end that something would be wrong. When I finally saw the ring I couldn't be happier. Everything was perfect, the settings, the arrangement, all the nit-pick details.

Like anything, doing your research goes a long way when purchasing Jewelery, the staff was never condescending or insulting when I asked questions or had certain preferences. My husband and I have been loyal customers of The Jewelry Box for several years now. Family owned and friendly service with absolutely no pressure to buy, ever. Our first purchase was an engagement ring. We had a budget to stick with and found a ring that nearly fit the bill. It was perfect except I did not want a diamond while my husband preferred a larger carat size. The owner, Moses, took our requests (and budget) into consideration and had us return a few days later to show us loose stones to consider for the setting. What resulted was a ring that not only wowed us, the customer, but also Moses and everyone else who admires my ring. We returned for my husbands wedding band and again to have a diamond band reset from a channel to pave setting. We stop in regularly for our free cleanings and annually for rhodium re-plating to keep my rings looking their best. Even when we're not in the market for a new purchase we stop in to say 'Hi' any time we're in town.

You can buy a piece of jewelry anywhere, but the experience and relationship established will probably not compare. My husband I appreciate our small local businesses and appreciate The Jewelry Box for serving our community. We look forward to visiting Moses and his family for many more...
