Huntington Plaza — Local services in Monrovia

Lack of customer service . Tour guide was confused lady with limited English speaking capability. Had to transfer two bushes both bushes had rude drivers. Tour guide asked us to go to yellow bus if you are going to Rancho Cucamonga. Since my tour guide was giving different direction to different people. I decided to ask yellow bus driver to make sure sure this bus will take us to Rancho Cucamonga, His answer was " DONOT ASK ME ASK THE PERSON WHO TOLD YOU TO COME TO MY BUS" So as I was turning around to ask my tour guide again to make sure, he called me back and told me " Yes this bus will be going to Rancho" !!!! Both bus drivers were totally rude with lack of customer service. And this is after giving them $12 tip per person per day ( 4 days of tip cost us $96!!!!
