Joining the Camp Monrovia has been the best decision I have ever made for myself. I started one year ago in hopes of losing all the weight I gained from pregnancy. I am in my 30's and was already starting to feel joint pains and feeling sluggish. I knew I wanted to start a fitness journey but didn't know where to start. I had major gym-timidation. I got the courage to try this place out. The front office staff/trainer Keyli welcomed me in and gave me a tour and introduced me to all of the trainers and made sure I felt comfortable. Jat, another front office staff has the best energy. I love her bubbly personality! She will really cheer you on during the workouts. I was dying my first class but I loved the energy that the trainer brought to the class so I started a 6 week challenge and I've been getting stronger ever since. Now im a member and can't see myself going back to other basic gyms where you are on your own. This camp is growing and constantly getting new equipment. Each trainer brings their own unique style and energy and honestly, I love them all. I have since started personal training with Ed, the Camp Monrovia owner. Ed has made such a positive impact on my life. He is really on top of my progress and helped me with my nutrition/macros. I have lost body fat and gained muscle while having fun in the process. Read moreI've tried plenty of other camps, workout classes & programs and I can confidently say I've seen the most difference from the camp here at Monrovia! I've been coming here for 5 months and I'm so happy with the results I've been getting. The trainers are amazing they all care for proper form and making sure you're safe too. Everyone who works at this location is super sweet, caring, considerate, and supportive of each member of the facility. I'm lucky to be apart of this family and its program. I really can't provide a favorite trainer cause they are all great Javier always makes sure you're doing good form, Paulina always has an upbeat and bomb playlist, Tommy is always pushing you to do more than you think you can and Marco always has me dying after each class. Read moreDawn and I joined 42 days challenge a few months ago. It has been a great and positive experience. We saw the immediate result after 2 to 3 weeks into the program by following diet guideline and workout routine. Since then, we've became gym member. We're always looking forward to workout session whenever we can. We feel refresh coming out from each workout. Now, the Camp is part of our healthy lifestyle.
