One shop owner, who has 5 good reviews, stated that he charges $180-280 for checking it out and repair. Another one said he will charge $80 including diagnoses test and basic repairs. When I called Tech Rockstars, they said “free diagnoses, and we will tell you how much the repair will cost.”
I dropped off the computer to Tech Rickstar, Gideon, the tech was very knowledgeable. He explained how they work. Second day when I called, Gideon said they found out what is wrong. The repair will only cost $59 if I want it.
I appreciate Gideon’s knowledge and honesty. He is not trying to cheat on the costumer or to over charge. I will be definitely going back to this shop for my future computer...
