Arm rests didn't go up all the way, so it was extremely uncomfortable, especially since we had to pre choose the seats in advance. Was told we couldn't switch because the other seats were paid for, the movie ended, and the same empty seats we waved to switch into were still empty. As a matter of fact, the entire row was empty. So not only were it horrible seats, but the fact they saved the other seats for ghosts was even worse. It was possibly the worst movie experience I've ever had. Normally, I go to Studio Grill, so I was not expecting that type of standards, but to go below what I expected was pretty bad. I'll go see John Wick 4 at any theater,...
