Gong Cha Baytown — Restaurant in Mont Belvieu

I've been to many of these tea places, I don't claim to be an expert with the Asian tea businesses, but I have a pretty good idea of how things should go.

I came in shortly after 11am on Sunday. I placed my order. I then witnessed the dude take another 7 teas worth of orders before he started making any drinks.

Had I known I would be waiting over 20 minutes while he keeps taking order after order, I would have driven to another place.

He is by himself and I understand and sympathize with that, I just don't understand why take so many orders then start making them?

My only guess is to keep the people from leaving. I almost asked for a refund.

So I’ve been coming here and it’s really good I usually get the passion fruit slush. Love it but today I saw they add this new flavor the Peach slush with actually red hot sauce and passion fruit slush with red hot sauce. My boiiiii!! This place freaking slaps! Honestly is the best boba and atmosphere without having to drive to Houston. This feels like a place I used to go to in Houston with my daughter. Now that this is here, no need. Service is impeccable! They're always very helpful at explaining what's in the drinks or making recommendation as to what goes best in certain drinks. Their recommendations are always on point. We go here at least twice a week and we have not gotten a bad drink yet. Definitely worth a try. You...
