Crumbl — Restaurant in Mont Belvieu

I just had the most awful experience at your location being that me and my daughters frequently come to this place to face such discrimination was completely unacceptable upon entry I seen on the screen that the biscoff cookie cake was available then I seen the biscoff cookie on the tray the last one on the iPad it didn’t come up upon seeing my confusion a very lovely employee named Morgan came and asked if I needed help as I explained the situation she said that is the last one I asked can I have it she said ok another employee came around and rudely interrupted the conversation and told me that I couldn’t have the cookie cause it was spoken for there were no orders on screen and then when I pointed that out she lied and said it was an online order but being that I’m online with crumble and was currently looking at the time I knew that was false as well if she wanted the cookie I would have appreciated it more if she was just truthful but instead she made a great cookie experience with my daughters feel as if I was made a fool of and I do not appreciate it at all the customer service level at crumble should be beyond reproach and this was not the service I’m used to it’s not about what you say it’s how you say it and how she handle this was atrocious and rude I hope in the future we have better service than what was displayed...

Crumbl is all around hit or miss. When the cookies are good, they are exceptionally so. But when they are bad, they are also exceptionally so. The constantly changing menu only exacerbates the problem. Maybe if they had two or three seasonal cookies that only changes monthly, or quarterly?, with only a couple that changes weekly it would help. It just seems that the constant attempts to come up with something different 52 times a year leads to strange flavors and cookie concepts that are just not good. Still a cool concept, and there are occasional exceptional cookies that are seriously...

We had been told that one opened up in Baytown and that we HAVE TO TRY. So I went in after finishing my errands on our way home. It was my first time of course and the nice gentleman greeted us and asked if this was our first time in and I said yes. He nicely explained how to order, how they different cookies each week, how you get points and much more. I placed and received my order and MY GOSH!!! I tried one when we got home and all I can say is I’m hooked and they have a repeating customer!! I love that they’re open later hours also. Thank you for making my first time...
