Buyers be aware!!

The product might be okay if it fits, BUT the seller (2nd to None) is a total disgrace and dishonest! I returned a brand new item (Primitive Memento Hoodie (Black)) after my son tried it on and found it to be too small. Checked with the seller since they had their own return policy (read it carefully!!) to get return authorization. Wrapped the Hoodie in bubble bag and sent it back in an Amazon box to the return address given by the seller 2nd to None. Days later I received an email from the seller claiming the condition of the Hoodie I returned to them is not re sellable because it was dirty with stains and pet hair and therefore only issued a refund minus a 50% restocking fee, which was about $30 after I already had to pay the return postage. The photos they attached and claimed this was the item I returned showed a different Hoodie, which did look dirty with stains and hair, BUT this wasn't the Hoodie I returned. I took pictures too before I took it to the post office and the condition of the item that I sent back was brand new and deep black and NOT a washed out black, almost grey Hoodie showing in their pictures. I am still waiting for the seller to respond to this! The pictures I attached show the Hoodie in deep black that I returned (right) and the Hoodie in grey'ish that the seller claims I sent...

I recently went shopping for a gift for my little brother at 2nd To None and I had no idea what to get him but all I know is my little brother loves this store. I was helped by one of the sales associates (I wish i got his name) but he was super helpful! The rest of the people working that day were so nice too and I was so happy I was able to find the perfect shirt. Terrible customer service. Don't buy anything from them online. I purchased something and the product looked significantly different when it arrived than on the image for purchasing. I tried to return it and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee...for a hat. Come on now. How hard up can you be that you need me to pay you to put it back in stock after I pay to ship it back to you. Won't purchase anything from this shop ever again, recommend you don't buy from...
