It's the first time I've ever been there, so we climbed the steps in the front on the street side only to have to go down steps around to the corner to climb more steps to enter the building. It's the tightest seating that I've had at an auditorium as compared to an airplane. You had to raise your seat and stand up to let somebody pass paid. $165 and it was hard to see the performers from the waist down. If the stage would have been 3 ft higher it would have been worth $165 price. I got a kink in my neck trying to watch the performance I would not return to this venue unless I could get seats up in the balcony so I could see the whole stage. My female friend had to use the restroom, followed the signs and had to go down another 15 steps to get to the women's restroom and it was ancient! I'm 83 and she was 77 and it was not...

Inside is beautiful but didn't feel a cooling system. There should be more order or guidance for vistors. But the staff is friendly. The place is clean and sophisticated and did enjoy the ceremony and the sound system was great. The seating is comfortable and was designed to have a view of the stage. And you can only take pictures from where you sit so there are pros and cons sitting up front and sitting toward the back so you can leave before the crowd .
