1st off, Alex was a pleasure to deal with...superb Customer Service from the start! I was hesitant to order from CA and have shipped to NY but he clearly went above and beyond! Now for the UTV 24V 4x4, this thing is worth every penny! I did a lot of shopping around and I am soo glad that I got this particular model for my 2 boys who are 8 & 4... -my younger one uses the optional remote when we're driving him on the road and then he can have fun and explore on his own -the rubber wheels are something special, I've had past cars and the hard plastic have no grip and they actually wear down easily -the 2 individual seats are very supportive, they each have seat belts and are spacious. They move forward/back to support different size kids which I have not seen elsewhere and the leather is very comfortable. -I have never seen rear independent shocks that actually work and offer a smooth ride for stability & comfort -the dashboard have a digital screen for the passenger to play with on the go for video, music and battery gauge...build in Bluetooth connection and a speaker -front & rear LED lights -both doors open and latch closed, the frunk opens too -24V 14AH dual batteries, it has great power and it can be used in either Low or High speed (both on the remote or UTV itself) It ships all packed up in 1 large box, you basically can get it up & running in ~30minutes with your basic tools. This place is terrible !!! I received a car about 30 minutes ago with scratches on it . As soon as I called to let them know of the damage the owner became very hostile blaming me for the scratches. He wouldnt let me speak and continuously cussed at me threaten me. I decided to go here because it had good reviews, that was a mistake. He yelled and yelled but still could not provide evidence that he claimed he had that there was no scratches. Btw his name is Alex Update: since he wanted to write back, but ignore the fact that I have recordings of our conversations and you literally cussing me and my mother out because you didn’t want to issue a refund when I asked you Nicely, and The fact that you’re saying, I contact you after hours is ridiculous considering you didn’t even give me a refund until after I left this review and found out that I recorded all of our conversations. As well as it was the same day that you gave me the refund so how was it after hours? We started looking for a place with great options to buy a toy car for Christmas, when we reached out to MBZ Toys Alex replied right away and answered all of our questions. After speaking with him we decided to go in person to their store in Montclair even though it's an hour away, the trip was well worth it, they have many more options in person vs what they show in their website. Once we saw the options in person we placed our order and let Alex know, he replied back with a picture of the order being reserved and ready for pick up. Alex was very accommodating to our needs in order to make this Christmas extra special for the kids. We will definitely be doing more business with Alex and refer him to friends and family. Over all his team is great with customer service. I will do a follow up review once we have the car for a few weeks and post pictures....
