Delightful small business in the mall with the friendliest ans most helpful staff! Went in over the weekend to browse some desktop tech and ended up finding a cute pink keyboard which was exactly what Ive been trying to find (Target and Walmart selections were terrible). Over the weekend i come to find out to my dismay that the 2 and X keys on the board weren't working properly. I noticed on my first trip their signs for No Returns or Exchanges, but remembering how nice anf helpful the girls were, I figured I might as well check back with them to see what they could do. One quickly consulted with the store manager, while the other tested the boards, and to my amazement they accommodated me and replaced the defective keyboard with another available working one, despite their policy. I was overjoyed by the care they had for my situation!! Such great customer service at this store, will absolutely go back and tell my friends and family to check this place out. Trust me if you're looking for some unique or specific home goods, check out Cairo, they'll likely have it, at an affordable price, and they give new customer coupons and gifts, AND they make you feel welcome and cared for.
