Cotton On — Local services in Montclair

This place has bad management. I went in for a hat that is on sale for 5 dollars in store and online. It rang up for full price. After speaking to her for a few minutes she said that she can do it for 10 dollars. I still didn’t think that was fair but was willing to take it for that price but she said she will ask her manager if she can honor the 5 dollar price. I told her to take her time and I’ll shop around. Few minutes goes by and I check in with them and they say they can only give me the item for full price now. What!? So now it’s 15.

It is wrongly priced, you tell me you can give it to me at a discount, and then say you can only do full price. This is literally only a few bucks for cotton on but the girls tonight don’t know how to work customer service and you have a disappointed customer who will not...

They have nice casual clothing, but please know that they charge Australian prices! Cotton On is an Australian brand, and they have both AUD and USD on the price tags. This location likes to charge AUD. I was overcharged almost $10 for 2 shirts. Had a conversation with their US online customer support and because it was an in-store purchase, they gave me a reference number and told me to go back to the store to claim a price adjustment. I'm not driving back there again for that. I'm gonna talk to my bank instead. STOP CHARGING U.S. CUSTOMERS...

You can find some great bargains here. They usually have some pretty good deals. Clothes are nice and comfy, and the workers here have always been kind to me. I grabbed a cute sweatshirt here for only $10! Id recommend for great, comfy clothing for both...
