This place has bad management. I went in for a hat that is on sale for 5 dollars in store and online. It rang up for full price. After speaking to her for a few minutes she said that she can do it for 10 dollars. I still didnāt think that was fair but was willing to take it for that price but she said she will ask her manager if she can honor the 5 dollar price. I told her to take her time and Iāll shop around. Few minutes goes by and I check in with them and they say they can only give me the item for full price now. What!? So now itās 15.
It is wrongly priced, you tell me you can give it to me at a discount, and then say you can only do full price. This is literally only a few bucks for cotton on but the girls tonight donāt know how to work customer service and you have a disappointed customer who will not...
