Not only that, but I made an appointment five days ago. Why do I have to sit there, check in from the link, and wait until I don’t get called before I find out that 1. You don’t have RSV in stock and 2. I need a prescription in order to get it? Your automated systems need to have the right logic built in. It’s not hard.

Read moreThe folks at the pharmacy can really benefit from customer service training including the head pharmacist. This man has told my speacilist that they are out of a medication that is indeed in stock. When I visited the store in person as advised by my doctor, I noticed a huge workload and the staff being shorthahnded. This is understandable but unacceptable when it comes to someone’s much needed medication (post chemo treatment for my son). This instance was just one of many undesirable experiences with the pharmacy side of this store. I wish them improvement and self development.

They also can't seem to grasp the importance of patient medications themselves as well as timely filling of medications. Finally, they can't seem to understand medical insurance or even how to use their automated phone.
