DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! They do not stand behind taking care of the customer, and DONT follow their CORE VALUES! I purchased two sofas from this company and spent $10,000 dollars. the delivery team damaged one of the sofas and dirtied it along the way. They also damaged my home walls. The second sofa was smaller than what the description said online and the rep did not provide the correct measurements to me. Instead of the Manager-Ali taking accountability, he wanted me as the customer pay additional cost for shipping a correct sofa and did not want to provide a discount of the damaged sofa. He wanted me to have someone come clean the sofa and then have an estimate done on painting walls. I would rather be compensated instead of spending my time doing these tedious things. If the company hired the shipping company then it is Urban Natural and Ali’s responsibility at the end of the day and all they wanted to do is blame the shipping company.

As I explained I spoke with the Manager- Ali and he was inconsiderate about my time or situation. He initially agreed on fixing the issues but then decided to backtrack and not fix any issues with the dirty sofa or replace the smaller sofa with a larger size. He said he would rather consider this an impasse (which is a term used to have a a third party credit card company make the decision.) With the way Ali handled the situation, it seemed like he does this often and knows the ways to skirt around not having to take care of the customer and do the right thing. Instead of making sure things were done right, he wanted to make me pay for the damaged walls and be stuck with a smaller sofa than what I originally was told was a larger size.

I will no longer shop with confidence in knowing companies will do the right thing after this experience. I spent $10,000 and to be treated this way is unreal.

Urban Natural is a god send! Epic customer service, faster than expected delivery and our Gus Modern Sola Bi-Sectional is even more amazing than I expected.

Backstory - we bought a couch online from a DTC brand (Albany Park) which was quite expensive and ended up falling apart like 7 months after purchasing. The couch, for me, is probably the most essential piece of furniture I own and that took me down a black hole of at least 20+ hours of research.

I wanted a couch that a) was super comfortable lounging for both my wife and myself but also just as comfortable sitting up and hosting b) I fell in love with a textured blue color and that wasn't a requirement but something of a wish list c) From a design perspective, I wanted smooth curves to open up the room and not feel too crowded d) It was well built and could actually last. This has to do w/ the frame (Kiln dried hardwood is the best frame construction & sinuous wire spring foundation.

All my friends didn't have a true favorite and Reddit calls out all the downside to a lot of couches. It came down to Sixpenny vs Crate and Barrel vs Gus Modern.

Even thought I couldn't find any reviews for Gus Modern, the Urban Natural team took the time to walk me through the aspects of the couch and gave me an honest review. So, I went ahead and trusted my intuition (with help from UN) and pulled the trigger. And wow, THIS COUCH IS UNBELIEVABLE. It's so comfy both sitting and laying. The surface area for the cushions are large but comfortable throughout so they don't deplete in certain areas and connect well laying down, not leaving gaps.

I purchased a Copeland Essentials dining table and bench from Urban Natural Home. I did a lot of prior research on the manufacturer (located in Vermont) and the materials and finish, so I shopped for this specific table looking at different online retailers. I decided to go with Urban Natural Home because it is a small business based in a neighboring state and the price was slightly lower than others I found online. The table and bench took longer than expected to arrive, but Ali from Urban Natural Home was very responsive via email and kept me updated. Once the manufacturer sent the furniture to Urban Natural Home's warehouse, the local delivery and assembly service was fast and efficient. And the table and bench are even better than expected. The quality is amazing, the craftsmanship is solid and about as perfect as can be, and the finish is durable and extremely easy to clean. The table has a matte look, which is really sleek. We have two small kids, and we just wipe up their messes with a damp rag. I am really happy with the quality of the product, the customer attention, and delivery service provided by Urban Natural Home.
