This is definitely the place to go if you want an honest, competent, quick repair. He's also a super nice guy. I spoke to Mike and told him i needed my iPad repaired (it would charge intermittently) soon after it left my hands because it was my sole computer. He said my problem was either the port or an associated chip. Keeping in mind that it was my only computer, he suggested I hold on to it for the day it took him to order the chip in case that was the issue. I asked him if he needed my pass code and he said absolutely not and that I should never give my passcode to a repair shop. Brought it in Friday at 11am, the chip was delivered at 2:30, and it was back in my hands at 4. He first tried the port, and called me to let me know that wasn't the issue and he'd have to wait for chip. He also said if he couldn't fix it there'd be no charge which is nuts. All that time spent and he wouldn't charge. That's pretty cool. Anyway the price was reasonable, especially considering Apple won't even fix it. I rarely leave reviews but this guy...

They exceeded my expectations. I spilled coffee on my keyboard and caught it quickly, but not quickly enough to save my tab bar. Despite thoroughly cleaning it, the tab bar kept sticking. Since it was my busy season, I couldn’t afford to be without my work computer, so I kept using it, which was incredibly frustrating.

When I called, the FI they gave me cleaning tips, but since I’d already tried that, he explained the entire keyboard would need to be replaced. After providing him with the model number, he called me back a couple of days later. I brought my computer in the morning, and it was ready within a few hours. Other places had quoted me a higher price and a longer turnaround time. They under promised and over delivered.

Excellent top notch service and fair and reasonable pricing. My wife's sharper image foot massager stopped working and I found that if you jiggle the cord it would get power temporarily. Brought it in and the technician was able to not only re-solder the connection on the circuit board, but strengthen it so it wouldn't be easily knocked loose again. It cost me a fith of what a replacement would've, so don't just throw out your non-working electronics, bring them here and see what they can do. It was no risk as they quoted me the price, but said I only pay if they get it working!
