Please read! I like trying out new nail places. But One thing I look at is the way you communicate with me and how professional you are. I did not appreciate the fact that after the nail technician started one hand, the Front Dess lady decided to let me know that my full-set with one color is $100 . I have never paid so much money for a full set, the worst part is my nail does not even look like a coffin, the technician did not even outline my nail correctly. If I’m going to pay $100 please make sure your technician is top notch. The worst part is when I paid my hundred dollars to the lady, she didn’t even allowed me to go in my purse to give the technician a tip, but to be honest I did not want to give her anything cause she was horrible for 100. The front desk lady unprofessionally publicly and demands me to give her a tip. I looked at her and walked right out! They charge so much money because they are in a white neighborhood. And it’s insane to me. Anyways. Never ever again!. I rather go to someone who knows what their doing and pay very less. and I go to Woodbridge! Advice never ask a customer for a tip! If the job is not great! I’m leaving no tip!!! Just because you in a white neighborhood does not mean you can charge people so much!!!

Update: 7/5/2020 after one week one nail came off, like it just came off and it didn’t even hurt!!! That goes to show y’all that they don’t even know how to put a nail and worst part charge people for $100!!!! Never again!!!! Horrible place

i called to ask if i could come in for a pedicure, they hastily said “yes, come in”, i take a $20 uber and show up 20 minutes later to all of the staff walking out and the owners counting the money. i ask “are you closed?” the woman replies “ohh i spoke to you right? i am so sorry, yes” i just walked out! unbelievable and unacceptable! especially because they closed 40 minutes prior to 7:30pm (the close time listed on google and on their door).

update: the next morning the manager/owner reached out to me via text and sent a super sincere paragraph not only apologizing but also offering for me to return today and have a free pedicure done. i returned and was provided with great service! also she explained her reasoning for leaving early and immensely apologized in person as well. (i have been here before and always get great service, so i would refer to others based of past experiences as well as how this situation was...

I have been coming here for many years and I am never disappointed with the service or the delightful quality of experience i consistently receive when I come.

The staff doesn’t rotate and are all friendly and great at the services they provide. The shop is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The clientele are repeating and greeted with joy upon arrival.

From their amazing spa pedicure/ manicure service, to their massage service the fees are truly worth it. With the callous service with spa there was a leg mask with hot towels included in the service as well as paraffin treatment for the heels (an unexpected pleasure.)

The massage chairs are heavenly, and the heated shoulder pad offered at pedicure sessions as well as a cup of ginger, green or other teas is a special touch.

They also offer facials and eyelash services though I haven’t treated myself to them yet.
