I had a great experience at US College. The staff members make it very comfortable to be on campus and are very good at motivating us to pursue our new careers. Taitiana was thorough with explaining the phlebotomy program to me and even allowed me to draw her blood. Ms. Brenda is the absolute best teacher I’ve ever had. She is so reassuring, patient, and believes in you before you even believe in yourself. A few of us in our class had a scheduling error with our NHA test and Dale was instrumental in helping us get our date to take the test. If she didn’t talk to her boss, we wouldn’t have finished the program as fast as we did. Ms. Renee was able to send me to the site location of my dreams for extern shortly after completing the class. Ms. Karen and Ms. L are pretty amazing with labs. They are organized, hands on, and extremely motivating when it comes to getting your draws. Although everyone I’ve shared has been proactive in helping me obtain my license, I genuinely feel like I have formed great friendships with these people. 0 stars Rude/disrespectful staff. I wouldn’t recommend this school unless you want to deal with unprofessional childish adults. Don’t waste your money or time. I had Mario (he wouldn’t give his last name) one of the people in the corporate threaten and disrespect me because of a missed payment that I wasn’t even informed about until today. I told him to give me a sec to find the card and that’s when the disrespect, threats started and he said he would have me dropped if I didn’t get the card to him within 5 min. He started throwing a tantrum when I was trying to explain that my payment should already be on file. A man child should not be working in a professional field. I doubt he would’ve said anything directly to my face just tough behind a phone🤣The calls are all recorded so I hope they play it back when I email corporate. I find it crazy that they have someone like that working there but not surprised since a few of the people at the Montclair location are also disrespectful and rude, must be something they look for in the hiring process bc there’s no way it should be this unprofessional. Currently in the EMT program and it’s the best thing I could have ever done…Josh,Aimee,Dennis have all been amazing. They are always willing to help and stay after class to help with skills or just go over anything we have learned, they all strive for us to pass and I love that. Of course they offer a very good payment schedule and it’s a lot more accommodating than other schools and they do have a couple programs to help financially if needed for anyone under 24.

Over all I wouldn’t go any where else!!!! If I could give 100 stars I definitely would the ladies up front are all so nice and inviting and have candy waiting always ready to give an ear to listen when needed and also willing to sit down and listen to any fiancé problems you might be having.
