Really disappointed!! My 6 year old was really looking forward to getting a Labubu, we went into the store asked if they had Labubu's and the women behind the counter said yes and pointed to several boxes. My daughter was so excited! We get home and realize the item is a knock off. My daughter was not bothered that it is fake and loves it just the same. However, the seams are coming loose and the whole back end of the item is coming apart. The stores policy is no returns and no exchanges. That should have been my first clue. Walked in just looking at photos. My children holding drinks and a grey old lady with mask in so many words kicked us out. Did not do anything or damaged any merchandise. Worse customer experience.
