Chico's — Local services in Monterey

Marilyn shines like a Light!! Visiting Chico's a month ago, I walked in expecting to be helped. After going through the whole store, I wondered if anyone was even there (?), just then, a pretty, friendly face, at the dressing room area, called out to me, Can I help you? Her name was Marilyn, an employee who was already assisting another. She was so genuinely wonderful, happy, giving, well-informed, one couldn't help but just love her! She responded by letting me know that there were 4 on duty. I have had such great experiences (past) at other Chico's, the woman know their product, choose what fits me, I feel good and go away with beautiful new things. Marilyn, single-handedly made up for everyone. Today, I went back, who was there (toward the back this time), Marilyn to the rescue again! She gave me a hug and we proceeded to find something that would fit my needs. Love Chico's jeans, they fit real woman's bodies, the mature woman and look very nice. I will go back and I look forward to seeing Marilyn again! Many other gorgeous items, as well.

Amazing manager Laura and sales associate Victoria were simply lovely and helpful. Store was clean and displays were very nice. Always a pleasure to visit this store. I only wish it were closer but it is worth the drive...
