Service is ok, the prices are not, when I was in the back of the store near the comics there was a box of Hot Wheels they where wide open so I look through I find one I been looking for, so I take the box and go to the front and ask what’s the price the dude says “Oh crap!” Runs past me and grabs the box and some other Hot Wheels box’s takes them to the front and says which ones did you want, I told him and he said I haven’t priced them because they’re more desirable (which I understand) then he tells me there going for $25 to $30, he said for me he’d do $20, I asked where he was getting prices from he said “eBay,” I asked were the ones he was looking at sold or the prices people where trying to sell them for. He said “The prices people were trying to sell them for.” I tried to tell him that the market would be the sold ones but he didn’t care, I didn’t buy anything, I personally just go online for stuff everything is mostly over priced at this place. 0/10 wouldn’t...

Last time my son and i came here and so excited to get some comics. after 3 mins of looking around the owner said theyre about to close in 5 mins and its only 4:18 in the afternoon and they closed at 5pm and we were like we just got here. like omg we travel from salinas to here monterey just to get here. Around 20 to 25 mins of driving plus the traffic. Anyways crazy no consideration, or atleast give us a chance to check or buy within 10 mins of his life or atleast let us breath for 1 min. but were just customers trying to get some items. never in history im going back to this overpriced rude...

Every time I've come here they've not been open during their business hours. I'm serious, every time. I'm outside the door waiting for an employee to sheepishly walk up and open the door. Their card selection is ridiculously overpriced and lacking. Most of the time the staff is rude, but my favorite is when they're sexist because the man ringing me out told my boyfriend to put in his number for the rewards, as he assumed I was purchasing the cards for him.
