Was on vacation & bought a few shirts as souvenirs for my granchildren & a birthday gift.The shirts were missed sized.we went back on thursday afternoon on our way back from the aquarium to exchange for a bigger size around 500 p.m & they were closed it it said they close @9 .we were not able to return on friday we had already checked out of our hotel & were on our way back home.we are from Los Angeles & it was our first time visiting here.i called friday morning till the following Thursday & finally spoke with a girl Marrisa or Maritza she was very understanding of my suggestions how to return the 2 shirts for a bigger size.i suggested I would mail them back & also include a prepaid package with the shirts all they would have to do is send me back a bigger size for both shirts.she said she would let her manager know & she would email me I even gave her my email address &she said to also call back in the morning to speak to the manager ,which I have been calling since she said on july 25 2025.NO ANSWER JUST RINGS THEN GOES SILENT NOT EVEN A VOICE MAILi dont understand why have a phone # & you dont answer the phone during business hours..I THOUGHT THIS WAS ONE OF THE BETTER STORES FOR SELECTION I WAS LOOKING FOR,BUT I WAS WRONG!! WITH THIS KIND OF CUTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE SHOPPING HERE..THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY DONT A SWER THE PHONE OR HAVE A WEBSITE TI CONTACT THEM ..THAT IS AN AUTOMATIC RED FLAG FOR ME WHEN IT COMES TO DOING BUSINESS! So many cool things at this store but it only received one star because of rude service. I asked a woman I believe to be named Anna about a specific shirt and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off to tell me to find it myself and continued to work barley acknowledging me. I would have left empty handed if it weren’t for one of the other workers to observe her rudeness and follow me to help me. I asked the helpful worker for her name and if she’s always like that and she agreed she was always rude. I didn’t appreciate the attitude, I’m surprised someone that bitter works at a family...

Bought 5 mugs as souvenirs-got them home and started to wash them and the lettering came off!! Called and the girl that answered the phone said “I don’t know what I’m supposed to do” then leaves me on hold for 10mins and come back and says “Once you leave the store it’s not our problem” So I read to her that on the bottom of the receipt it says “No Refunds.
