Heard about seals invading fisherman's wharf Monterey so we had to see for ourselves. We weren't disappointed!
At around noon, you see that there were maybe 30 sea lions @ the entrance of the wharf lounging in the sun.
But by 8:30 the same evening, "there were over 100 plus!" Now I know where all the sea lions went from fisherman's wharf San Francisco!
There is no barrier separating us from these sea lions other than large rocks! Tourists were literally 5 feet away! Of course sooner or later someone will do something stupid and ruin this once in a lifetime opportunity to see these wonderful mammals up close by putting a distant barrier!
