I came to their brick and mortar store in search of a work boot/shoes hoping that I could try the shoes on instead of guessing. They didn’t have much of a selection for women with steel toe or composite toes. They had more for men instead. All their boots were very nice and comfortable but they didn’t have a good selection in sizes in store or online at the time I was there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is okay. It’s not visible location due to the shopping centers trees and landscaping. So if you’re not reading the Center’s store directory then you’d never know it. Selection of clothes and cowboy/cowgirl clothing and accessories is huge. Beautiful inventory. Prices are reasonable for their quality. Cleanliness is above par. Overall it is a great store...
Read morePlace has an awsome selection so Me, my wife, and my dog go to purchase boots and a hat. Upon entering the manager ( young guy with black hair ) asked my wife if my dog was a service dog? She replied yes and he just walks away. After purchasing boots and a hat for 250$ he rings me up, hands me my receipe and walks away. I ask him if he can place my things in a bag. He tells me, he just ran out. I say thats something you should have an abundance of. He then says “yeh well…” dude are you kidding me . Your the manager of boot barn, not royalty. I guess his girlfriend dates someone who looks like me. I dont know but if your gonna spend a couple of hundred of dollars maby the customer service should be a little more...

We where in there for 45 minutes looking at stuff, Not once where we greeted, asked if we needed help, fitting rooms locked. Had to wait for staff to ring us up ($250) she handed us our stuff in an old wrinkly Boot Barn bag with junk in it (receipes, napkins, tags) and when I asked her what was going on…no reply, She just replaced the bag and said have a good day and walked away.
